For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, staff and event participants the following Conditions of Entry apply to Patersons Stadium.
1. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons. Patrons are admitted to Patersons Stadium at their own risk.
2. Concession patrons must show a valid identification card as proof of eligibility at the ticket box and at the turnstile.
3. Patersons Stadium is a smoke free venue. Alcoholic beverages must not be taken into or out of Patersons Stadium.
4. Patersons Stadium is a smoke free venue – smoking is not permitted within the venue or within 5 metres of any entry point. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas at located at Gates 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 19, 24 and 26.
5. Patrons entering the arena without prior authorisation will be liable for prosecution.
6. Management reserves the right to inspect any bag and/or articles of clothing for the following prohibited items:
- alcohol
- opened drink containers
- cans/glass
- musical instruments such as whistles/horns/drums
- unauthorised temporary signage and promotional products
- flags/banners/items exceeding 1 metre in length and thicker than a standard broom handle
- fireworks/flares/laser lights
- chairs/stools
- rollerblades, skateboards, scooters
- animals (other than Assistance Dogs)
- professional cameras, audio recording equipment or video cameras
- helmets
- prams
- any large item that cannot be placed under a seat and
- any other item that in the opinion of management could cause harm or public nuisance.
These items may be cloaked at Gate 8.
8. Umbrellas are permitted inside Patersons Stadium however cannot be opened within Patersons Stadium.
9. Eskies, bags and other belongings are permitted into Patersons Stadium however must be able to fit safely under the patron’s seat without impeding the access of other patrons.
10. Patrons must comply with the Patersons Stadium Code of Conduct.
11. Patrons must occupy the seat specified on their ticket. No ticket refunds will be paid. Patrons unable to sit due to medical reasons, must apply to Oval management for a Standing Pass prior to event days.
12. Patrons should be aware that sporting equipment such as footballs may be kicked from the playing field into the seating areas during events. Patrons are advised this can occur at any time.
13. The movement of patrons on the Patersons Stadium site is subject to monitoring by security cameras. Patrons may be filmed or photographed.
15. Patersons Stadium will not be held responsible for any damages to, loss or theft of a patron’s personal property.
16. Patrons failing to comply with these Conditions of Entry or requests from Patersons Stadium staff or their representatives may be ejected from Patersons Stadium. If removed, it is an offence to re-enter or attempt to re-enter the venue for a period of 24 hours.
17. Pass outs will be issued. Patrons are required to present their pass out and seating ticket to reenter the ground.
18. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or service to any person or persons failing to comply with the following dress requirements:
- Neat casual dress is to be worn at all times.
- Footwear is to be worn at all times.
- Jackets, or any other clothing or accessory, bearing patches or insignia including, but not limited to, the following Outlaw Motor Cycle Gangs are not permitted to be worn on these premises at any time: Coffin Cheaters, Comancheros, Club Deroes, Finks, God’s Garbage, Gypsy Jokers, Outlaws and Rebels.
